Shipping policy

Shipping rates are set by the carrier that you choose, not by Bon AppéSweet. Shipping times are estimates, we do our best to get your order to you by the expected time, but they may be late or early. 

If it is above 72 degrees where you live, a shipping fee will automatically be applied at your checkout for the cost of 2 day shipping and ice packs. We split the cost of these items with you, but they are necessary to ensure that your chocolate arrives unmelted.

If we are in the summer months or the temperature is above 95 degrees where you live and it will take longer than 1 day to ship, you should select 1 day shipping otherwise your chocolate may arrive melted. We will ship your ship your product with ice packs and liners, but some very hot areas may still be too hot.
